At Smile Dental Studios Tarneit, you will be greeted the moment you walk in and will be made to feel welcome by our friendly team. When you check in, we will give you an iPad to fill out your medical history, as we are a paperless clinic.
Getting Started
Your dentist believes starting slowly is important, both in getting to know you and to ease any dental anxiety you may have. We will sit down with you to discuss any concerns you have and thoroughly go through your medical history in our consulting area, before you take a seat in the dental chair.
We will let you know the step-by-step process involved in any procedure we undertake. You can put on headphones and watch the television in the ceiling while we carry out your treatment.
When completed, we will escort you back to the reception area so you can check out and schedule any further appointments.
Payment Options
You can use your health fund cover here and claim your rebate straightaway with our HICAPS machine. We are preferred providers for CBHS. We also participate with the Child Dental Benefits Schedule and DVA. If you’re unsure of you or your child’s eligibility, our receptionists will be happy to look into it for you. Contact us now!
